Return Conditions
1 - You can return the product you purchased on esoess.com within 14 days after receiving it.

2 - You must send the product you want to return in its original box, with its package contents complete and undamaged.

3 - Returns of used, worn, wrinkled products or products that have been used even for a very short distance are not accepted.

 


Return Process

1 - You can start the return process by clicking the "Return" button on the order you want to return from the "My Orders" tab after logging in to our site.

2 - The "Return" button will be active for 14 days from the moment your order is delivered to you. Refunds of your requests that have expired are not accepted.

3 - By filling out the return form on the back of your invoice, you can deliver your package to the nearest cargo branch or request a courier to pick it up from your address. (doragroupllc.com is not responsible if your package is not delivered to the cargo within 14 days for any reason.)

1 - Your return process starts from the moment your product or products arrive at our warehouse and is completed within 5 business days. The time it takes for your refund amount to be reflected on your statement varies from bank to bank.

2 - For purchases made via cash on delivery or Money Order/EFT payment method, your refund fee will be sent to your bank account stated in the return form on the back of your invoice.

Partially Refunded: When you return a portion of the products in your order, they are sent to you.

Returned: All products in your order are sent to you when you return them.

Change

No changes are made on bioschashop.com. If you have such a request, please create a new order after returning the product.

 

Additional Information

If your invoice is issued on behalf of an institution, you must issue a return invoice. For corporate orders, we cannot accept your returns without a return invoice.

Gift Cards and care products are not included in the scope of return.
